By purchasing or maintaining a subscription to WGEPlus.tv, you agree to the terms outlined in this Subscriber Agreement.

Hello — and welcome.  We are honored that you are here. 

WGEPlus.tv was created to connect with our community — not to operate like a distant corporation. As a Deaf-led platform under WarriorsGate Entertainment, Inc., we are committed to delivering powerful storytelling, live sports broadcasts, cultural programming, and original content with excellence and integrity. 

Programming may include, but is not limited to: 

• National Deaf Cheer Competition (NDCC) 
• Willigan Tournaments 
• Clerc Classic 
• Other Deaf athletic broadcasts 
• Feature films and short films 
• Original series and documentaries 
• Special live events

The terms below explain how subscriptions, billing, and platform access work, so everything remains clear and transparent. 

By subscribing, you agree to this Subscriber Agreement. 

 

1. Subscription-Based Service 

WGEPlus.tv operates as a recurring subscription streaming service. 

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all subscription plans automatically renew on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). 

Subscriptions continue until canceled by the subscriber. 

 

2. Recurring Billing Authorization (Important Disclosure) 

By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that: 

• Your subscription automatically renews. 

• Your selected payment method will be charged at the start of each billing cycle. 

• Charges will continue on a recurring basis until you cancel. 

You authorize WarriorsGate Entertainment, Inc. to charge your payment method accordingly. 

WGEPlus.tv is not a one-time purchase platform unless explicitly stated for a specific event or offering. 

Failure to cancel before your renewal date will result in automatic renewal. 

 

3. Billing Terms 

Subscription fees are billed in advance. 

If payment fails due to: 

• Expired cards 

• Insufficient funds 

• Payment provider errors 

Access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. 

WGEPlus.tv is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party payment processors. 

 

4. Subscription Plans & Device Limits 

Each subscription tier includes specific device access limits. 

Use beyond permitted device limits may result in: 

• Forced logout of excess devices 

• Temporary restriction 

• Account suspension for repeated abuse 

Subscriptions are intended for personal or household use only and may not be resold or redistributed. 

 

5. Cancellations 

Subscribers may cancel at any time through their account dashboard. 

When you cancel: 

• Future billing stops immediately. 

• You will not receive a refund for the current billing period. 

• Access remains active until the end of your current paid term. 

 

6. Refund Policy 

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. 

However, WGEPlus.tv may issue courtesy refunds in limited cases, including: 

• Verified accidental renewals 

• Billing errors directly attributable to WGEPlus.tv 

• Exceptional circumstances reviewed by support 

Refund determinations are made at WGEPlus.tv’s sole discretion. 

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension. 

 

7. Price Changes 

WGEPlus.tv reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing. 

Any pricing changes apply only to future billing cycles. Subscribers will be notified in advance of material pricing updates. 

 

8. Content Availability 

Subscriptions grant access to the platform — not ownership of content. 

Content availability may change due to: 

• Licensing agreements 

• Production schedules 

• Live event delays 

• Platform updates 

Specific titles, tournaments, or features are not guaranteed to remain permanently available. 

 

9. Live Event Disclaimer 

Live broadcasts may experience schedule changes, delays, or technical interruptions. 

While WGEPlus.tv strives for professional broadcast quality, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. 

 

10. Account Termination 

WGEPlus.tv reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for: 

• Fraudulent activity 

• Excessive chargebacks 

• Device limit abuse 

• Violations of platform policies 

 

11. Policy Updates 

This Agreement may be revised periodically. 

Continued use of WGEPlus.tv constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
